Positive: The metro line 7 is a few minutes walk from the house. I liked the little garden in front of the house where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The coffee machine was also great! The host responded quickly and was available for our requests.
Negative: Only one towel per person was included in the price, so I suggest bringing your own towels.

Positive: It's a beautiful place! The apartments are located in the courtyard of a large house, its own territory. At the entrance to the room is a fence in the form of a green area and a summer veranda, very convenient if you smoke. Inside is very clean and warm. There is everything you need: dishes, oil, spices, tea. Even coffee beans in the coffee machine! This was especially nice! No problems with hot water, towels and linens are clean and smell good. There is a washing machine. Quiet cozy place! Location from the subway is convenient, not very far from the center by subway. All in all, I thought it was a perfect accommodation for the money! The host responds quickly. The only nuance: it is difficult to understand how to open the front door. You have to turn the key when the handle two is in the up position and then push down.

Positive: How comfortable and full of everything one may need during a holiday stay. Plenty of space inside and outside, it had everything from pots and pans to soaps, vacuum cleaner, umbrellas ecc
Negative: If I really had to pick something I’d say the location is far out from the city centre and the main attractions that tourists come to see. However the property is located 10-15 min walk from the metro so you are always well connected.
Summary: Comfortable stay with all you could possibly need for your holiday stay

Positive: Location wise… it’s quite far from most of the tourist attractions but no worries because there are busses and metro lines nearby. And it is surrounded with stores and restaurants so you don’t have to worry about what to buy and where to eat.
Negative: I had a hard time opening the door but thanks to the host for a superb assessment

Positive: The Tiny Green House is in a courtyard and has a beautiful garden with raspberries and cherries that we ate. The comfortable bed is in a loft with a desk and an excellent staircase. The bathroom is clean with good hot water. The kitchen has a coffee maker, induction unit, and sufficient pots and pans and dishes. There are good shops nearby. The location on public transportation is outstanding - RER C and Metro 7, with bus to Metro 14. We had no trouble getting anywhere in central Paris in 25-35 minutes.
Negative: It only needed a hairdryer, which the host promises to provide.

Positive: Small but nice apartment good for 2 people. Clean and quite comfortable. Beds are comfortable and we could sleep well. Kitchen equiped well so that we could easily make good coffee and meals. Location is not in a center of Paris but there is metro station Marie Pierre Curie some 8 min from it and RER station 12 min away (also bus to RER beside). Than in some 30 min one can get easily to Louvre or Notre Dame Cathedral. Area seem to be safe we had no any issues when walking there. Tiny garden place in front of house.

Positive: Wonderful place, new and stylish, very well equipped. We were enjoying our stay and strongly recommend it! Probably it’s not too spacious for 3 people, but still enough. The neighborhood is also nice, and metro station is just 7 min walk from the house. It also has a cozy garden where you can have some coffee (there’s a coffee machine!) or even a breakfast. We will definitely come back.
